Reclaiming the Sacredness of Sleep

In our fast-paced and linear modern life, we have forgotten the value and importance of sleep.
We rely on caffeine, sugar, cola and the likes to keep going, get through ever longer working days and weeks at our day jobs, followed by coming home to take care of household responsibilities like cooking, washing, buying groceries, taking care of our kids needs, maybe going to a gym or getting in some exercise....all the while perhaps feeling totally exhausted and yet over-riding our bodies messages that cry out with a need for rest....just to keep up and do the things we need to do to keep our lives running within this fast paced work culture that continuallly demands more of us..so long we allow it..or until our bodies stop allowing the abuse and simply no longer agree to co-operate.
In my work I have come across very many women and some men who have experienced or are experiencing a burnout. Once we have experienced a burnout, our level of tolerance drops drastically. We simply don't have the option to continue our lifestyle as it was.
Very often, this can serve as a point of awakening, as we then need to take stock of what is really important in our lives, make more conscious choices, question and even unlearn what we have learned up til then, learn to say "no" and set boundaries, perhaps question and realign our values, learn to not to care about what other people may think of us and the changes we are going through and realign our lives to be more in integrity and alignment with a higher version of ourselves.
It may well mean letting certain people, jobs, places and things go that are no longer aligned...but rest assured, that when we do so we are simultaneously making room for new people and opportunities that are.
During this process of awakening, we begin to truly learn to listen to our bodies, pay attention to its messages, honour its needs and treat it with ever increasing conscious, loving kindness, gratitude and respect. Whoever taught us growing up that there would be such deep value in that?
One of the KEY things we begin to reclaim and honour in our path of awakening and ascension is the importance and sacredness of SLEEP.
When we SLEEP, we are integrating lightcodes and lightwork.
When we SLEEP, we are resolving and clearing karma with people/places/things, in both this reality and other realities, so we won't need to do so otherwise in our waking state.
When we SLEEP, we are working in other dimensions of reality.
When we SLEEP, we are clearing past/future timelines.
When we SLEEP, we are d eeply healing and rejuvenating.
When we SLEEP, we are upgrading in light and releasing density from our cellular memory.
When we SLEEP, our bodies can relax and shutdown to repair itself and to re-boot.
When we SLEEP, our minds get out of the way and our consciousness is free to travel.
When we SLEEP, we are clearing unconsciousness and lower timelines from our bodies and resolving separation, making it easier to access higher levels of consciousness.
When we SLEEP, we can gain access to insights and knowledge through the thinning of the veils, directed by our higher selves.
When we SLEEP, we may find ourselves learning as students in etheric temples of light, or teaching, connecting with and/or assisting others.

When we SLEEP, we allow our bodies the time it needs to do all of the work it needs to do for us, so that we can have it easier when each process of clearing/integration/merging timelines completes.
What we do/experience in our SLEEP states affects our waking, physical realities here.
We begin to find that sleeping linearly for 8 - 9 hours on a schedule like only at night or only when our minds try to fit it in, no longer works. It is the pineal gland in our body brain that signals to us when to shut-down through sleep/deep rest/napping in order to honor the body when it needs to integrate, replenish and reboot.
Sometimes all that is needed is an afternoon nap for 10 -15 minutes or more and our energy levels can shift completely. Sometimes we may need to spend a whole day or several days or weeks in a row sleeping and sometimes we may not need to sleep at all. I have met individuals who have experienced these extremes. Personally, I have at times had to sleep for over 24 hours and allow my body how many hours it needs to transition from sleeping to clear/integrate into waking and being able to come back fully into my body again.
When our body says it’s tired, due to over-exertion or mental/emotional stress on the body (a result of depleted cells/light, it’s up to us to intentionally relax so much that the mind no longer is chaotic and keeping us from sleep. Meditation, exercise, natural supplements can assist with this.
Pay attention to your energy and flow with how your body communicates with you. If your physical body is weak upon waking (or goes weak throughout the day), it’s entered what Lisa Transcendence Brown has coined as “Crystalline LightBody Tuning” where your field and body are working to synchronize your electromagnetic field and needs to get away from electronics (if you feel this, for they have crystals in them and emit EMF’s while your body is doing this too, and the two create conflict until your process is complete).
When your body is feeling weak, it is signaling to you that it is going though an upgrade and trying to come online at a much higher frequency than before and it needs for you to be in your “light ship/portal/sacred space/bed” to accomplish this huge integration process easier/faster for you. Nature is an alternative for some. When you are flipping/merging sleep/wake states, going through huge StarGates and experiencing huge body-template adjustments, sleep can be all over the place for dimensional timeline shifts to occur.
In truth, every time we expand in consciousness, every time our Earth experiences So(u)ar Flares, everytime our heart opens, every time we cry/release emotional energy from our cellular memory/imprints, open up to the beyond, dream and full-body-connect with nature, the Universe, , crystals/andaras, experience a light/frequency activation, more photonic light activates our LightBody.
This is why tuning & integration time through honouring SLEEP when our body is signalling to us it is time to shutdown and close our eyes is so very necessary. In order for the continual integration and full embodiment of our Higher Selves, the Light of our Soul, within our physical vessels, we need to honour the sacredness of SLEEP.
